The House

“La Petite Maison” is situated in the heart of old Chinon with easy access to all of its amenities. The house is ancient with stone tiled floors and huge oak beams. It has been lovingly updated and provides comfortable living accommodation over four floors.

At street level there is an entrance vestibule leading to the combined living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has a full cooker, fridge and microwave as well as ample cupboard space.

On the first floor can be found the master bedroom, a double bunk bedroom, bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet plus a separate toilet.

The second floor has a sitting room with TV, Freeview Sky receiver and video.
The sofa converts to a double bed bringing the total capacity to six persons.

The basement provides a safe play area, a washing machine/tumble drier and access to the parking place in the rear square. There is a full size table tennis table and a number of cycles (including a tandem!).
